Why do I get 2 notes, when I only press one on my MIDI keyboard?

If you press one note on your MIDI keyboard, but get two notes shown in NWC, one of two things is happening:

• Your keyboard is actually double triggering the notes
  
• You have the MIDI echo feature on, and are echoing MIDI input back out to the keyboard, which is then repeated back to NWC on input, causing a loop. If you are using the echo feature, try turning it off. Tools: Options, Record tab, Echo MIDI Input
