    NWC2MID.EXE: NWC to MID File Conversion Tool

The NWC2MID.EXE program runs as a WIN32 console program. It accepts
two command line parameters, which are the name of an existing NWC file,
and the name of the Standard MIDI file that you want to create from
the notation in the NWC file. Upon completion, a MIDI performance
of the notation in the NWC file will be available in the file named 
as the second parameter on the command line.

Usage: NWC2MID "<nwc-filename>" "<mid-filename>" [-0]

   You must include the name of an existing *.nwc file on
   the command line, followed by the name of the desired
   MIDI output file. You must quote the filenames if they
   contain any spaces.

   By default, this utility creates type 1 MIDI files. You
   can create type 0 files by adding the -0 option to the
   end of the command (after the file names).
