Note Duration Selector
This is a drop-down selector for note duration:
 | whole note duration |
 | half note duration |
 | quarter note duration |
 | eighth note duration |
 | sixteenth note duration |
 | thirty-second whole note duration |
 | sixty-fourth note duration |
The selected duration is used when a note, chord member, or rest is added.
